2) Eligibility & account

• You must be 18+ to purchase.
• Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or cancel accounts/orders that breach these Terms.

3) Products & information

• We sell food supplements and personal-care products.
• Product images and descriptions are for guidance. Minor variations may occur.
• No medical advice. Content is informational only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if pregnant, nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or take medication.
• Use products as directed by the manufacturer.

4) Prices, currency, VAT

• Prices are shown in AED and may include or exclude VAT depending on display settings; final tax is shown at checkout.
• We may change prices or correct errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we may cancel and refund.

5) Orders & acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we send the Order Confirmation email.
• We may cancel (and refund) due to stock errors, pricing errors, failed payment/verification, or compliance reasons.
• Title passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery.

6) Payments

We accept the methods shown at checkout (e.g., Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery). Card payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store full card data.

7) Delivery (UAE)

• Delivery locations: UAE only (unless stated otherwise).
• Typical timelines: Dubai 1–2 business days, other Emirates 2–3 business days; remote areas 3–5. Timelines are estimates.
• Delivery fees and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone, or refusal to accept, we may charge re-delivery fees.

8) Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Because our products are ingestible/personal-care, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or opened items.

We will replace or credit if:

• you receive wrong, damaged, or expired items; or
• the parcel is lost in transit.

Conditions:

• Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery at support@powerhousenutri.com with your order number, photos, and (if applicable) an unboxing video showing the issue on first opening.
• Items must remain unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
• If a replacement is not available, we issue store credit or a refund to the original payment method (COD refunds as store credit).
• We cannot process claims after the stated window.

9) Promotions, coupon codes & gifts

• One code per order unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions are time-limited, non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time.
• If you return a promotional bundle due to damage/defect, any free gifts linked to that bundle must also be returned.

10) Reviews & user content

By posting reviews or content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and display such content on the Site and our channels. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing.

11) Intellectual property
