We currently deliver to all Emirates across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders within Dubai are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.
Orders to other Emirates are delivered within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delays may occur during sales periods, holidays, or due to courier logistics beyond our control.

Free Delivery: for orders above AED 200.
Standard Delivery Fee: AED 20 for orders below AED 200.
Any additional delivery charges (for remote areas) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, our team will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

We partner with trusted UAE-based couriers to ensure fast and reliable service.

You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification once your order is out for delivery.

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt.

We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
